About this site

This site advertises properties offered by REOS and by the agents who list with us. We are an advertising and referral service: we pass enquiries to the agent responsible for a property and take no part in the transaction itself. We do not negotiate, conduct viewings, advise on price or terms, hold client money, or prepare or sign any agreement, and we are not the owner of the properties unless expressly stated.

Listings and availability

We work to keep listings accurate and current, but prices, availability and features can change, and a property may be let before its listing is updated. Nothing on this site is an offer in the legal sense. Photographs are indicative.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry places you under no obligation and does not entitle you to a viewing or a tenancy. We will be in touch as soon as we can. Please give accurate contact details, or we will not be able to reply.

Use of the site

You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, and you may not extract data from it by automated means without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to REOS or are used with permission. Reproduction without permission is not permitted.
